In multi-monitor setups, it is often desirable to always display a program on the same screen.
To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Open the desired program
2. If the program is in full screen, shrink the program window
3. Move the window to the desired screen.
4. Close the program.
5. Start the program again.
6. If it is now displayed on the correct screen, you can also put it back into full screen mode.

Sometimes you have to repeat this process, but with a current version (here: Windows 10 22H2, Build 19045.2846) it worked straight away.
